Individual psychotherapy
Lee sees young people (13 to 25) and adults for a range of problems, including:
- anxiety and depression
- post-trauma symptoms and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- adjustment problems such as illness
- grief, bereavement and loss
- work and study issues
- post-natal depression, and
- personality issues, which she works with using an attachment and family relations framework, as well as internal personality models.
Couples and family
Lee uses a family systems framework in her work and works with couples that are having difficulties in their relationship or family, including step and blended families.
Supervision
Lee is available for supervision and consultation to her colleagues. She has had formal supervision in:
- psychoanalytic psychotherapy with children and adolescents
- the Self Psychology model with adults with complex trauma and resulting personality issues, and
- time limited psychoanalytic psychotherapy with adolescents.
Lee currently receives weekly supervision in the object-relations model for her own work with adults.
